Betla National Park: Exploring the Wild Beauty

Ranchi, a vibrant city in Jharkhand, is not just a location but a personal gateway to nature, particularly Betla National Park. During a recent visit with my family, we explored the park's rich wildlife and history, including the ancient Palamu Fort. From tiger pug marks and ancient forts to roaring waterfalls and the meeting of two rivers, Betla reminded me that some journeys lead us back to ourselves.

Jaldapara: When the Road Decides the Story

A spontaneous trip from Lataguri to Jaldapara National Park saw unexpected delights, such as quiet drives through beautiful landscapes and encounters with local wildlife. The travelers are not allowed into the park due to monsoon but they stayed in a nearby resort that borders the park, where they enjoyed pleasant accommodations, good food, and a tranquil atmosphere. They visited Bhutan's Phuentsholing, before returning to Siliguri after a short, but enjoyable stay.
