As we approach the new year, amidst the challenges of COVID-19, I share our Christmas Eve trip to Bhagwan Birsa Biological Park, Ranchi. The zoo, set in lush surroundings, impressed us with efficient parking, eco-conscious initiatives, and diverse transport options. We encountered a wide range of animals, from birds to big cats, and appreciated educational information about them. Despite some tiredness, it was a fulfilling day with my family. Maintaining a fish tank is a fun, rewarding hobby, and having your own aquarium is a great opportunity to study a marine ecosystem in action. Each new addition gives me joy, which is unparalleled. It’s like a journey, which takes me into the unknown, an ecosystem that I haven’t seen before. It’s really a peep into the unknown like a mystic revelation in front of my eyes.
This evening, I visited the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping destination, captivating with its indoor waterfall and the remarkable DubaiDino fossil display. I explored the Dubai Aquarium, where a glass boat ride provided a unique view of marine life. I also enjoyed dinner at Souk Al Bahar, watching the stunning Dubai Fountain show. This mall offers unforgettable experiences beyond shopping, highlighting Dubai's grandeur.
I recently visited the Himalayan Zoological Park in Gangtok, Sikkim, nestled in the Himalayas. The park, spread over 67.56 acres, houses rare and endangered species, including red pandas, leopards, and Himalayan black bears. The natural habitats within the park make it a unique and immersive experience. It's a must-visit for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers visiting Gangtok, offering a glimpse of the diverse Himalayan fauna.
