My friend Akum came to me on December 5 with the news of Delhi Comic Con 2018 being held in New Delhi from December 7 to 9. The first thing that came to my mind when I heard Comic Con would be Cartoon characters, cosplays etc. I was filled with joy and excitement since I have never been to a Comic Con before, even though I am a nerd.

Among the most popular forts in the country, Aguada Fort in Goa is also a lighthouse. The 13-metre high Portuguese lighthouse, which stands in the middle of Fort Aguada, was built in 1864.

Shri Mangesh Temple, Goa
Shri Mangesh Temple is the most visited temple in Goa. This temple is visited by a large number of locals, domestic as well as foreign tourist every year. The main temple is dedicated to Bhagavan Mangesh, an incarnation of Shiva. Bhagavan Mangesh is worshipped here as Shiva linga. The temple has both historical as well as religious importance.
India Gate at Night
India Gate is the pride of Delhi. An imposing structure, the gate was built in memory to the of the 90,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives during World War I. This war memorial is located astride the Rajpath. 13,300 servicemen names, including some soldiers and officers from the UK, are inscribed on the gate. The India Gate, even though a war memorial, evokes the architectural style of the triumphal arch.
Jantar Mantar in New Delhi
The Jantar Mantar is an equinoctial sundial, consisting of a gigantic triangular gnomon with the hypotenuse parallel to the Earth’s axis. On either side of the gnomon is a quadrant of a circle, parallel to the plane of the equator. The instrument is intended to measure the time of day, correct to half a second and declination of the Sun and the other heavenly bodies.
